I am a Talent & Organization Development professional with ten years of experience across Consulting, Finance, Global Shared Services, and ELT domains. I specialize in driving performance through end-to-end talent lifecycle strategies, with a focus on recruitment excellence, onboarding, capability building, and organizational transformation.

 

I currently manage the APAC Support team - including Training, Quality, and Data Governance - at Korn Ferry, supporting Google. I lead all training, onboarding, and performance enablement initiatives across the region, while also driving continuous improvement programs for the RPO.

 

My last role was at McKinsey & Company as a Learning Specialist, where I managed global capability delivery for over 1300 colleagues across 90+ international locations - ensuring alignment between learning impact and business performance goals.

 

Before McKinsey, I contributed to organizations such as the British Council, RR Donnelley, and Inlingua—designing and delivering scalable learning programs, OD projects, and people development frameworks tailored to performance needs.

I am pursuing my two year Executive PGDM (HRM) from XLRI (2024-2026). I hold a postgraduate degree in English, a graduate degree in Communication, and multiple professional certifications in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Learning Strategy.
